Hello and welcome to Starbase K-13! A starbase of the 7th Fleet of the Federation Starfleet. We understand here at the K-13 that things can look overwhelming at first. Never worry about the need to catch up on all of the posts. Thats not how it works here at the K-13. You need only to start posting and worry about where your character is and what your doing! The world goes on even though some are on an away mission, or the world goes on even though commander cache is on the main bridge or wherever he may. We are a 24/7 Immersive style roleplay. Feel free to reach out to your direct supervisor with any questions or concerns!

After several days of hard effort between the operations, engineering and command departments; the Main bridge is finally fully functional with top of the line consoles and equipment. Repairs on the Main Bridge are officially Completed. Please, if you see someone in yellow passing by, make sure to thank them for all their hard work! Those are our services, our backbone to the K-13!

All NPC's have been assigned to their perspective Department Heads and only those individuals or their supervisors may control them. If NPC's do not have a player department head currently, then they are assigned to the Second Officer, XO and CO.
