"Well, its been a very productive Day 1 here at Starbase K-13. I do Have to admit, I was a little nervous coming here. I just didn't know what to expect. You know what I mean? This station has been vacant and void of Starfleet personnel for 30 years! I mean, its been ransacked, turned over and then ransacked again! Well, okay, it's not that bad but still! Anyways, we got a lot done today from repairing some replicators and we might even get the bridge fixed up by tomorrow at this rate! I am not really feeling any strong feelings about the place either way currently but who knows, that may change very soon! We all know how unpredictable a life in Starfleet can be" He chuckled to himself.
