The Sim

Starbase K-13 is as you can see an old K7 style. Currently located in the middle of nowhere, in no-man's space behind the Breen space. It was abandoned some 30 years prior with the onset of the Dominion war. left to its own devices the station has been taken over from time to time by pirates, traders, travelers etc. a local free market trade center has set up inside. and now Starfleet has sent Commander Johnny Cache and other assigned crew to re-establish the base of operations and make the Starbase operational, reduce piracy and nurture trade with the locals, while spying on the Breen.
